C1, C2 and C3 are classification codes for issues raised in an Electrical Installation Condition Report (EICR). These codes refer to concern about the safety of an installation.
Portable Appliance Testing (PAT) is the examination of electrical appliances and equipment to ensure they are safe to use.
Electrical Installation Condition Report or Fixed Wire Test involves the testing of electrical circuits and systems that distribute electricity around a building.
